Announcement on new stamping fees from the Vietnam Immigration Department:
From 1 January 2013, the following new stamping fees are applied for visa to Vietnam (price per person):
US$ 45 for 1-month and 3-three month single entry visa
US$ 65 for 1-month multiple entry visa
US$ 95 for 3-month multiple entry visa

Payment method: Applicants can pay by credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Dinner Club) or PayPal (coming soon, wire transfer or Western Union).

A. SERVICE FEE: Pay to VISA84.com process the Approval letter, with this letter you can get onboard and use it to get your visa.

   

PROCESSING TIME:

    - STANDARD PROCESSING: GUARANTEED within 2 working days
    - URGENT PROCESSING: 8 working hours (plus 10 USD) - (Not applied for 3-month multiple entry visa)
    - URGENT PROCESSING: 4 working hours (plus 20 USD) - (Not applied for 3-month multiple entry visa)

 

 

Working hours to apply visa are from 08:00 - 10:30 and 14:00 - 16:00 during weekday from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays.

 

B. STAMPING FEE: Pay directly in cash to Immigration Department at Vietnam international airport to get your visa stamped.

 

C. ASSISTANT FEE 25$: To prevent you from wasting time and a long queue at immigration check-point at Vietnam Airports, we offer you the Assistant Service. With this service, our staff will greet you right after you land and will assist all procedures until your visa gets stamped.
 

HOW ASSISTANT SERVICE RUN?

 

Step 1: In the application form, inform us of your exact flight number, arrival time (Vietnam Time: GMT+7). If your flight is changed, please notify us at least 48 hours before your landing (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays) via email sales@visa84.com  or call us Hotline +84 9 3600 9908.

 

Step 2: Our staff will greet you with the welcome-board when you arrive. In case of early landing, you cannot find our staff, please call our  Hotline +84 9 3600 9908.
 

Step 3: Our staff will collect your visa approval letter, passport, 2 photos (4x6cm), stamping fee and entry&exit form and do all the procedures until your visa gets stamped.

 

Step 4: Receive your passport with the Vietnam Visa stamped from our staff.

 

D. AIRPORT TRANSFER FEE: You can also use our airport transfer service to avoid troubles with transportation vehicles and ramper. Our service offers from one person or one hundred people, remember to count your luggage before choosing the suitable car.
